DhoniHub ("the Service") is an online classifieds platform for boats and marine parts in the Maldives. We provide the venue where sellers publish listings and buyers find them. DhoniHub is not a party to any transaction: we do not own the boats or parts listed, do not handle payments, escrow, delivery or inspections, and do not act as a broker or agent for either side.
Everything in a listing — descriptions, photos, prices, specifications, legal status of the vessel — is provided by the seller, and the seller alone is responsible for its accuracy and for their right to sell or rent the item. Buyers should inspect boats and parts in person, verify documents and agree on terms directly with the seller before paying anything.
You may browse without an account; posting requires signing in. You agree not to publish listings that are false, misleading or illegal; not to list items you have no right to sell; not to spam, scrape or attempt to disrupt the Service. We may hide or remove any listing and suspend any account that violates these rules, at our discretion.
Boat listings stay live for 60 days, part listings for 45 days, unless extended, marked as sold, or removed. We may adjust these periods and will note changes on this page.
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, DhoniHub disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any loss arising from transactions between users, from listing content, or from interruptions of the Service.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
